At The Midwest School of Italian Plasters we teach the traditional European methods which date back thousands of years. Imagine learning how to create the beauty of Venice with true Venetian Plaster that will last a lifetime!
Classes
We offer something for everyone! Our 6 day Venetian Plaster Applicator Class is the total package! Each student leaves with 32 samples in over 20 different plasters. You get the 14 DVDs plus national marketing to promote you as an applicator. We share with you what has worked for us, including actual pricing for all of the plasters and a business plan to help you market yourself. This is a proven plan that we successfully have used ourselves for years. You will be able to practice along with the DVDs to perfect your technique.
If you are new to Safra and want a taste of what we have to offer, are looking for a shorter class, or are a current applicator and just want to update your portfolio, our Modern Classics class is right for you. This is a three day class where you complete 12 sample boards with some of our most popular products.
We also have our Advanced Class for those of you that want to take your portfolio to the next level. These are plasters with a twist. New ways to apply, embellishments such as Swarovski crystals and stencils, and new, fresh color choices. This is a two day class where you will complete 8 sample boards. Previous trowel experience is required for this class.

We are located in the historic downtown district of West Carrollton City, Ohio. We are minutes from the Dayton International Airport and within 90 minutes of four other major US cities: Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; and Louisville, KY.
